History

Lions in Indiana’s District 25-G have been collecting, processing (washing, reading prescriptions, sorting) and shipping eyeglasses for their annual missions in west-central Mexico since the 1980’s.  Cities that have hosted our missions include Pénjamo, Morelia, Salamanca, Valle de Santiago, Celaya, San Luís de la Paz, Irapuato, San Luís Potosí, Abasolo, and Huanimaro.
